In July 2025, the Nicaraguan veterinary sector celebrated in style the official launch of Atrevia® 360°, an innovative solution designed to offer comprehensive protection for dogs. The event, which took place at the prestigious Olof Palme Convention Center, brought together leading experts, industry professionals, and strategic partners in what was described as more than just a launch: a true experience. Under the slogan “True Protection,” the Atrevia® 360° event not only presented the product, but also shared the vision of a new era in animal care, focusing on scientific innovation and a passion for pet welfare.

Petmedica®, in collaboration with Grupo Comercial Monteco, reaffirmed its leadership and commitment to animal health and welfare by actively participating in the event “La Nación del Gato y Dermatología” (The Nation of Cats and Dermatology).

This important meeting, held on October 16-17 in Panama, brought together leading professionals and enthusiasts from the feline world.

We are proud to have participated in the “Congress of the Latin American Society of Emergency and Critical Care Veterinary Medicine – LAVECCS,” held on Thursday, November 6, and Friday, November 7, at the ESAN facilities.

These were two days of high academic intensity, focused on an area as vital as emergency medicine and intensive care. Our stand was a key meeting point for professionals in the sector, where we presented our solutions designed for the management of critical patients.

October 2025, Guatemala City - The iconic Tea House at La Aurora Zoo was the setting for the presentation of the new antiparasitic product that is revolutionizing the pet market: Atrevia® 360°, a state-of-the-art oral ecto-endoparasiticide that sets a new standard in comprehensive protection for dogs.

Petmedica, together with Monteco S.A., its strategic partner in Guatemala, held the official presentation in the country with a large turnout of more than 200 attendees, including veterinarians, veterinary clinic owners, and animal health professionals.

On October 22 and 23, we had the pleasure of participating in La Nación del Gato, a prominent conference dedicated to feline medicine held at the ESAN Convention & Sport Center. It was a key event for reaffirming our commitment to cat health.

One of the highlights was the presentation by our Technical-Commercial Manager, Dr. Erick Arias, on the topic of “New allies in nutritional support for feline CKD.” The talk focused on how Prorenal® is becoming a key tool for improving the quality of life of kidney patients. Congratulations to the lucky winners of the raffle we held at the end of the presentation!

Petmedica® was present at the recent edition of Latin En Tu Ciudad Arequipa, the important meeting for veterinary professionals in the southern region, which took place on October 15 and 16.

One of our main activities was the technical talk “Sarolaner: A differentiated isoxazoline,” presented by Dr. Erick Arias, Technical-Commercial Manager. During his presentation, Dr. Arias detailed the advantages and profile of this molecule as a key tool for parasite control in daily clinical practice. To liven up the day, a raffle was held among those attending the talk, with three lucky professionals emerging as winners. Congratulations to them!
