Each 707 mg tablet contains: Metronidazole 125 mg, Spiramycin 750,000 IU, Excipients q.s.ad 1 tablet.
Spiro-Tabs M® 10 is indicated for the prevention and treatment of periodontal and oral infections in dogs and cats. Treatment of infections of the oral cavity of the oral cavity: periodontal disease, stomatitis, gingivitis, halitosis, glossitis, pyorrhea, oronasal fistula and dental abscesses of bacterial origin; and pharyngeal diseases. Complement in dental prophylaxis and surgical treatments, oral-dental dental prophylaxis, salivary gland infections, tonsillitis, pharyngitis caused by microorganisms sensitive to the association of spiramycin and metronidazole.
Spiro-Tabs M® 10 is administered orally, directly into the animal's mouth. The weight of the animals should be determined as accurately as possible to avoid underdosing or not
exceeding the recommended dose. Dogs and cats: 75,000 I.U. spiramycin + 12.5 mg metronidazole/kg b.w./day, in practice: 1 tablet/10 kg b.w./day, for 5-10 consecutive days.
