Multiple Action Ecto-Endoparasitic, Low Dose, 5 Weeks of Protection

Canines Soft Chews

Each 2000 mg chewable tablet contains:

 

  • Sarolaner (S-Sarolaner): 40.00 mg

  • Moxidectin: 0.48 mg

  • Pyrantel (as embonate): 100.00 mg

  • Arpraziquantel (R-Praziquantel): 50.00 mg

  • Excipients and flavorings q.s. to 1 tablet

Suralan® Quattro® is indicated for the treatment of dogs with, or at risk of, mixed parasitic infestations caused by endoparasites and ectoparasites, provided that simultaneous action is required against fleas, ticks, mites, nematodes (including gastrointestinal, pulmonary, ocular and heart) and cestodes (tapeworms), also preventing dirofilariosis and angiostrongylosis.

Route of Administration: Oral Dosage: Dog Weight: 10-20 kg Dosage: 1 tablet every 35 days (5 weeks) Dosage per active ingredient: Sarolaner: 2-4 mg/kg Moxidectin: 0.024-0.048 mg/kg Pyrantel: 5-10 mg/kg Arpraziquantel: 2.5-5 mg/kg Administration Method: Can be administered with or without food (before or after feeding). Soft, chewable tablet with a very palatable flavor for dogs. If the dog does not swallow it voluntarily, it can be administered with food or by opening the animal's mouth and placing the tablet deep at the back of the tongue. Do not break or divide the tablets. Frequency according to condition: Fleas and ticks: once every 35 days during flea and/or tick season. Sarcoptic mange: monthly administration during at least 2 consecutive months Demodectic mange: once a month for at least 3 consecutive months (continue until negative skin scrapings are obtained on at least 2 consecutive occasions with a 1-month interval between evaluations) Otodectic mange: a single dose is generally sufficient (veterinary examination recommended to confirm elimination; veterinary check 28 days after treatment) Gastrointestinal nematodes: a single dose is effective for active infestations, then monthly as a preventative Dirofilariasis and angiostrongylosis (prevention): monthly intervals (preventive treatment until at least 1 month after the last mosquito exposure) Angiostrongylosis (treatment): a single dose (veterinary check 30 days later; some animals may require a second treatment) Thelaziosis (prevention): monthly administration Cestodes: apply once as a single treatment, then monthly as a preventative Special considerations: Can be used from 8 weeks of age and 1.25 kg of weight Puppies in rapid Animals should be weighed regularly to adjust dosage if they exceed the initial weight range. Do not administer at intervals of less than 30 days. To eradicate flea re-infestation, treat all animals in the household at the same time. Treatment can be started at any time of year. In areas with year-round flea infestations, extend treatment throughout the year without interruption.
